Planning an event or merch order in Vancouver?
Made Theory works with brands, agencies, event planners and couples across Metro Vancouver, Whistler and the rest of Canada. Tell us your event date, venue, guest count and the experience you have in mind, whether that’s live embroidery, laser engraving, hot foil stamping, a patch or print bar, a charm bar or a photo booth, and we’ll come back with ideas and a quote.
For custom merchandise, share your logo, the products you’re considering (hats, crewnecks, tote bags, jackets and more), quantities and your deadline. We’ll recommend the right decoration method, embroidery, screen printing, DTF or heat press, and walk you through mockups before production starts.
Most event inquiries get a reply within one business day. For activations during busy seasons such as the holidays, conferences and product launches, we recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks ahead so we can reserve machines and staff for your date.
