The Experience
Dual Activation
Overview
For Oakridge Park, Made Theory delivered live on-site embroidery across two events, creating personalized gifts for homeowners, media, and guests.
Our team operated three embroidery machines on both days, managing the full customization experience on-site and keeping production moving efficiently across two very different event formats.
The Challenge
Each event required a premium personalization experience that could handle a high volume of guests without creating long wait times.
With different products and audiences across both days, the setup also needed to be flexible while still delivering a consistent, polished experience.
The Activation
Across both days, we brought the customization experience directly into the event, giving guests and media the chance to see live embroidery happening right in front of them.
For the homeowners event, aprons were personalized on-site as housewarming gifts, adding a thoughtful and elevated touch to the experience.
For the media event, the live embroidery became part of the activation itself. Influencers and guests were able to watch their tote bags being customized in real time, creating an experience many had never seen at an event before. With three machines running on-site, we embroidered over 100 tote bags.
The Result
Across both events, live embroidery added an interactive and personal element to the Oakridge Park experience while giving guests something they could take home and use long after the event.
Our three-machine setup also allowed us to manage high guest volume efficiently, including completing more than 100 personalized tote bags during the two-hour media activation.
